on the one hand, implement whole-process quality control. First, strictly control raw materials, procure raw materials from domestic well-known steel enterprises and establish long-term strategic cooperation relationship with them. Second, assign quality inspector for each production process to strictly make inspection and checking according to national and industrial standards. Build a quality control mechanism from raw material entry, product production to finished-product warehousing and delivery, reaching the quality criteria of “no defective products to next process and out of the company”.
On the other hand, establish incentive measures. The company establishes several QC teams to take QC measures to actively solve the problems in production, so as to constantly improve product quality and provide customers with the best products.
In the end, the company establishes strict assessment system. The company sets different quality control targets for top, middle and basic level, to decompose the targets level by level and assign quality responsibilities to each staff as well as set an effective performance assessment mechanism.
